Free ground shipping every day on orders of $70 or more except as listed below! No codes, just free, every day shipping to the contiguous US. To automatically qualify for our free shipping option, orders must ship together on the same day to the same address. Oversized orders, air freight service and saddles are not eligible for free shipping.

If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping you'll still only pay our low flat-rate pricing per the chart below. You may also want to consider adding additional items to your order to qualify for free shipping.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, clearance items and special order items excluded, within 30 days of the purchase date, but we may refuse returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. You may return product to our store or ship prepaid to us. Please include a reason for your return.

Please find below an estimate of the number of BUSINESS days (Monday - Friday) UPS Ground will take for you to receive your shipment. We've found this to be 95% accurate. Holidays and the Christmas season take longer. We normally take 24-48 hours to process and ship your order (Monday - Friday), so add another day or two for processing and you can get a very good idea of when the package will reach your door.
